Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what we collect when you visit this website, why, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

This website is operated by Lonie Eye Lashes (“Lonie”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

02Information we collect

We keep what we collect to a minimum:

  • Email address: only if you sign up for our 10% off code and updates, or write to us. We use it to send you the code and occasional emails about Lonie, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • Messages you send us: the content of any email you send and the details needed to reply.
  • Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.
  • Preferences: your selected market and currency, stored in your own browser so the site remembers your choice.

03Purchases are handled by Amazon

We do not take payments on this website. When you choose “Buy on Amazon” you leave our site and complete your order with Amazon, which processes your payment, delivery address and order details under its own privacy notice. We never see or store your card details.

04How we use your information

  • To send the updates you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To keep the website secure, fix problems and understand how it is used.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

05Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your market preference, your cookie choice and whether you have already seen our sign-up offer. These stay on your device and are needed for the site to work as you expect.

Analytics cookie (optional). If you click “Accept” in the cookie bar, we set one first-party cookie (lonie_vid, a random ID kept for 12 months) so we can count unique visitors, which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked and how many visitors go on to Amazon. It is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

If you click “Decline”, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics cookie is set. We then only keep anonymous counts: a one-way code derived from your connection that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Your IP address is never stored.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

06Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and send email, who may use it solely on our instructions, or where the law requires us to.

07Links to other sites

Our site links to Amazon and to our social media profiles. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

08How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you stay subscribed, and correspondence for as long as needed to help you and meet legal requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
