Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Lonie lashes.
The product
What are lash clusters?
Lash clusters are small, feather-light segments of lashes that you place along your own lash line. Because you apply them piece by piece, you decide exactly how soft or how full the final look is.
What comes in the kit?
Each Lonie's Lashes kit includes fifty clusters in mixed lengths and a pair of precision tweezers, stored in a reusable tray. The application steps are printed inside the lid.
Will they suit my eye shape?
Yes. The mixed lengths let you map the clusters to your own eye (shorter towards the inner corner, longer towards the outer corner), so they flatter every eye shape.
Do I need anything else?
You will need a lash bond and seal to apply and secure the clusters, as described in the steps inside the lid.
Applying and wearing
How do I apply them?
Curl your natural lashes, apply a thin layer of bond, place the clusters from the outer corner inward, then seal. Our How To Use guide walks through every step.
How many clusters should I use?
For soft, everyday definition use three to five clusters per eye. For a fuller, more glamorous finish use six to ten.
Are they comfortable?
They are designed to be feather-light. Applied correctly (sitting just under your natural lashes, not on the skin), you should barely feel them.
I have sensitive eyes. Can I use them?
Do a patch test with your bond before first use. If you notice any irritation, remove the clusters, stop using the product and speak to a medical professional.
Care and reuse
Can I reuse the clusters?
Yes. With gentle removal and proper care, your clusters can be worn again and again.
How do I remove and store them?
Loosen the bond with a lash remover, then lift the clusters away gently, never pull. Keep them clean and oil-free, and return them to their original tray so they hold their shape.
